This summer Hollywood is splashing into the Aqua Shades. I am a huge fan of using colour on the eyes, and right now the Aqua family of colours are very much in style. They can be soft and subtle or bold and striking. A good way to incorporate hot new trends without buying a whole bunch of shadows is to buy the eyeliner in the colour you like at the time, so you stay trendy but you don’t have to commit to buying the whole look.
Artist Tips:
*Buy the eyeliner in the hot new shade
* Apply eyeliner on the lid fairly thick and then take a blending brush and softly blend
upward to the crease.
* Then apply the liner to the bottom and then blend it out so it looks soft and defused.
*Then put black liner in the water line (inside bottom eye lid) to really show off your new c
colour.
*Finally use a black mascara to complete the look.
